WinSCP does not open on primary/main monitor when multiple monitors are present!

WinSCP does not open on primary/main monitor when multiple monitors are present. Fix this. It has been reported many times by many people. Moreover, if you move WinSCP to the primary, main monitor, then exit application, it does not remember the location as it should, as past versions of WinSCP did.
