Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

Also, can you connect using any other FTP client?

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

WinSCP FTP TLS/SSL timeout error

Hello,
I'm attempting to use WinSCP to FTP data to a support website. It was working some weeks ago, but I just discovered it has stopped working. I'm unsure what may have changed. I using WinSCP on a Window10 Laptop. WinSCP version 5.13 (build 8172).

The error that I'm seeing:
Using TLSv1.2, cipher TLSv1/SSLv3: AES128-SHA, 2048 bit RSA, AES128-SHA SSLv3 Kx=RSA Au=RSA Enc=AES(128) Mac=SHA1

Timeout detected. (control connection)
Connection failed.
