It's indeed a bug in Windows 10 1803. There's a workaround for the problem in WinSCP 5.13.2:

I've a similar issue since upgrading to Windows 10 1803: when dragging and dropping a remote file to a local directory, then the dialog appearing is not using this directory but is instead showing the target directory that was previously used when downloading a file.

As I didn't change winscp between the windows upgrade process, I assume that the bug is caused by the new windows version as everything was fine with windows 10 1709.
I've now upgraded to winscp 5.13.1 but the problem is still there.

Issue on download file on Desktop

Hi, after the last update to the version 5.13.2 when i take a file and drag in into the Desktop the file are not saved on the Desktop but on Documents.

How I can fix this wrong and bad issue? Should I return to old version?
