The files are copied in the order provided by a source application (Windows Explorer in this case). There's no way to change the order.

How to change the order of a multi file copy

When I drag and drop multiple files from windows Explorer to a remote server in WinSCP, the order of the file copy process appears to be random. I would expect the files to copy over alphabetically or by date.

What is the sorting method for a multiple file copy and can it be changed to alphabetical?
