Files and folders without timestamp on RTOS

While connecting to a computer running RTOS I recognized that not all files and directories are being displayed ('Show hidden files' is enabled)
According to the log file, only files that have a timestamp are visible.
Unfortunately, not all files in RTOS have a timestamp (especially with a newly set up system, which I have to deal with a lot).
Is there any way to make WinSCP display all files and directories (even those without a timestamp)?
It works fine with WS-FTP.
