I'm sure this is very basic stuff for most of you, but today I learned there's a cap through my server on a shared hosting plan. Thanks

Re: Only some files show in remote list.

What protocol are you using? How many files can you see? Can you see missing files in any other client using the same protocol? Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Only some files show in remote list.

When I look at remote files alphabetically, I seem to see everything from "A" to half the "P"s. My host's web panel shows all the files and my site is presenting properly.
No problem seeing local files.
Don't see where to make changes in the viewable files.
Thanks
