So can you just download some? E.g. FileZilla or Cyberduck.

How to connect to a localhost?

Hi,

I have a WinSCP portable and I have a test environment on IIS (Windows 10). I wish to simulate a connection to a hosting site on my computer that is localhost. It uses FTP, port: 21, hostname: localhost. Then I see a window for credentials and when I write my username on my computer, I get the error during connection:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Connection failed.
