WinSCP 5.15 GAC Error - Cannot load assembly without strong name
I am receiving an error when uploading version 5.15 of the WinSCP Assembly to the Global Assembly Cache. It states that it cannot load an assembly without a strong name. Was the assembly signed per usual?
