What protocol are you using? What version of WinSCP? What server software is the cluster using?

"Optimize connection buffer size" Setting Slows Transfer by ~10X on Cluster

Whenever I copy anything off of a Nutanix cluster (https://www.nutanix.com/), the transfer speed is outrageously slow (~0.5Mb/s) if the "Optimize connection buffer size" setting is enabled in the "Connection" section of the "Advanced Settings". When I disable this, it increases to ~11Mb/s, and for a 5Gb file, this makes a big difference in time.

Not sure if this occurs on all distributed systems or only Nutanix, but does anyone know if this is expected behavior or if there is any plan to fix / change this?
