Downloaded SECUR32.DLL is same file as I currently have.

I downloaded SECUR32.DLL from an online archive and it unzips to the same size and file date/time as my Win98se installed one. I could replace and test, or do a PKZIP of both and check the CRC,
but why bother. That won't fix our problem...

WINSCP.exe is linked to missing export SECUR32.DLL:GetUserNameExA
