trouble with Files Synchonisation

Hello,

I would like to use Winscp to make backup of personal files. So I copy my files with winscp, when I change a file Winscp detect the modfiication and replace de old file by the new one. To this point everythings works fine. My problem is when I try to sync again every files that has been modified once is copied again even if no mofidications take place after the first mofication. This is happening each time I synchonise. My internet connexion is not very speedy so I cannot afford to copy an endless number of the same file each time i want to make a backup.
is there a solution to make Winscp work properly and copy only the files that have been modified? Thanks!
