No directory listing when using proxy

I'm using version 4.3.9 at the moment.
From within a clients environment that use a proxy, I can connect to the FTP server, but it does not list any files.

From within network that doesn't use a proxy, it connects to the FTP server and lists the folders.

Attached are the 2 log files. Can someone advise what the problem is here?
