Hi. I just downloaded WinSCP and then chose NEW, entered my hostname: ftp.heritageparkretirement.com, port 21, username: manager, and my password we previously set up with MediaTemple. I never saw the spot to load a password unique to WinSCP. What did I miss?, then Protocol: FTP-no encryption but it wont connect-says password invalid.
Please help.
