It's server-specific. In general, always consider remote-paths to be case-sensitive.

Is Session.FileExists case-sensitive?

I don't know if it's related to winscp or the ftp server but invoking Session.FileExists on my end always fail when there's a difference between the character casing. Is this the intended behavior for winscp?
