Please upgrade to the latest version of WinSCP.
Let me know if it fixes the problem.
Anyway, it's bit insane to try to edit 320 MB file.

Invalid access to memory

HI,

I tried to open a file in WinScp and the size of the file is almost of 320MB. It took a long time to open the file and it all went fine till the time it opened. But immediately after its download, It poped up a message saying "Invalid access to memory" and when I press "OK", it closed the total window and the downloaded file is also gone.

I am using 4.2.1.428 version of WinScp. I am using windows XP and the transfer protocol set is SFTP-3. The Interface style used is Commander. Can you please help to resolve my issue.
