Non-sticky window position on multiple monitors

Since I updated to 5.5.1 b3970 the launch window position is not preserved if it is not on primary monitor. This was working fine before the update.

Expected: Remember location of windows from previous launch/exit
Actual: Positions window on primary monitor (left|right|top|bottom)-most position depending on the relative position of the monitor to the primary monitor, e.g. if the window was on a monitor above the primary in previous launch, the re-launched window is at the top-most border of the primary monitor
