You can use the editor as external editor in WinSCP.

Edit Plus Workaround?
Alright, I use Edit Plus to work on PHP. Recently I joined a group that REQUIRES I utilize SFTP. I am HOPING that someone has figured out how to use WinSCP and Edit Plus together... Any help would be appreciated...
