Transfer completed, can't find re-sumbit button

Hello, I uploaded video to FTP by WinSCP and completed but a file is not arrive to my account by Vimeo. I looked and can't find FTP re-submit this file to Vimeo. Maybe need to add button said 'Re-Sumbit' button?
