Re: Synchronize doesn't copy updated files

See https://winscp.net/eng/docs/faq_synchronize

If that does not help, please attach a full log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate log file, use /log=path_to_log_file command-line argument. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Synchronize doesn't copy updated files

I am synchronizing few files from UNIX machine to Windows machine but it seems some of the files are not getting synced.
For example, I have one file on UNIX machine with timestamp as "Sep 9 15:37" whereas the same file on Windows machine has timestamp as "Monday, ‎October ‎06, ‎2014, ‏‎10:33:17 PM" but still the remote file is not synced to local.

Can anyone let me know what could be the issue?
