Windows to Linux Backup

If I could have it so that when a windows user starts their windows session that WinSCP starts, logs them in and starts a script that keeps two directories in sync, I would be a happy person. :D It would make not only my life easier but the desktop users. I could have a linux box in various locations as a user desktop backup server for each users data directories.

I think is a good feature can completely syncronize a local dir with a remote-server dir (deleting and update the necessary file/dir in all the directory structure)

The option to recursively compare directories would be a large improvement. It would atleast ease my life significally.

If I now want to be sure that I got all the latest files, I usually just download/upload everything and that's quite a lot of bytes. A recursive compare would solve this.
