Re: Unable to gain access into a folder that exists - receiving "Error listing directory" message

Please attach a full log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate log file, use /log=path_to_log_file command-line argument. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Unable to gain access into a folder that exists - receiving "Error listing directory" message

For one of our Appservers, WinSCP is unable to change to a shared directory.

Any time a script tries to upload a file to the folder or if I manually try to navigate to the shared folder, I am thrown the below message:

"Error listing directory"
(Intended Directory)
"Error changing directory to"
(Intended Directory)

This is occurring for all directories in a shared path on a particular appserver.

I was able to access this directory a day ago and now WinSCP is saying it is unable to list the directory.

Could someone help with this issue?

Thank you.
