Re: WinSCP not connecting via VPN

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).
+ Yes, you can downgrade to 5.7.6. Just install that version. If the downgrade helps, please attach log file from the 5.7.6 too.

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

WinSCP not connecting via VPN

Dears,
I'm reporting an issue in connecting into WinSCP during home-office (so connecting via VPN), i have the version 5.9.1 and i'm getting an error "connection out of max time", like if my internet is slow (i have 150 mb optic fiber).
My colleague working from home, always with a VPN (the same one), worse connection is connecting normally but she still did not upgraded since 5.7.6.
Why is that? The new version is giving this problem, is it possible to downgrade?
Thanks.
