how do I connect to my Asterisk@home server?

I am in the process of setting up an Asterisk@home server in my home. I was wondering how I could connect to the Asterisk server via WinSCP from one of my other computers. I want to load the Cisco 7940 firmware onto the tftp server. What do I enter for Host Name and Port Number. Is the host name just the name of the machine on my network?
Thanks
