It looks like a server-side problem. You should contact your server administrator.

i m also not able to connect putty, giving sane error. (as putty fatal error). I tried to get the log for putty also, but couldnt.
i m putting its loggin on, & its swith it to off, so blank file "Putty.log".

Can you connect with PuTTY? Do you see incoming connection is log of the SSH server?

using WinSCP & Putty
Earlier was getting connected to both, Putty & WinSCP
but not for last 2 days, without any changes
