Re: Is there any solution?

As you can see, marjesusa2002 never provided the log file I have asked for. Neither you did.

Re: Excel file corruption after download

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP). Make the log show download of both files.

To generate the session log file, use /log=path_to_log_file command-line argument. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Also, can you reproduce the problem using manual download in WinSCP GUI?

Excel file corruption after download

Hi;
We connect to an FTP and download 2 excel files a day. One file is fine but always the other became corrupted. I can see on the logs the file size before and after the transfer and are the same; however when you go to the directory the file size is considerably smaller. No errors are reported on the logs. I tried other scripting tool and it download the files with no issues. We have several scripts on Winscp and this only happens on this excel files. I attached a screenshot of the logs;
the file corrupted is named SBLMSR23030004658896.xlsx

Thanks
