What "previous version"?

Issue: Some time WniScp Remote folder access (ftp) runs extremely slow. File upload, download is also affected during this time. Is there a way to find out why it happens on certain hours of a day.

Do you get the problem with WinSCP only or with other FTP clients too?

Version: WinScp 5.13.1 Build 8265

Problem: Locks local folder even after coming out of folder. So it does not allow to delete or update local folder if it is open in WinScp. It does not release lock even after coming out of folder. Lock is released after closing WinScp application. This problem was not there in previous version.
