I figured it out. Need to sign in as root.

I found another posting using google (not the google search linked on your page, oddly enough) and found that permissions can be different for different directories. For some reason, these subdirectories are shown as needing root privileges. Why, I don't know, but that is my problem I guess.

Now just have to figure out what the root password is I guess.

locked out of some subdirectories

I can successfully gain access to my files, but several directories do not allow me to add new files, rename files, make new folders, etc. I get the following:

Permission denied.
Error code: 3
Error message from server: Permission denied
Request code: 18

I read the documentation and tried chaning permissions and nothing changes.
