Can't Open .JS files with External Editor (Sublime Text 3)

When I attempt to open a .js file in WinSCP, it does nothing. No error. No message at all.

So I click Edit instead on WinSCP, and it opens the file up in Sublime Text 3.

However, when I try to save it, it fails to find the temporary folder to store it in. It gives this error:

Unable To Save
C:/Users/Oli/AppData/Local/Temp/scp29983/website.com/scrips/test.js
Error: The system cannot find the specified path.

However, opening up a PHP file works fine. Not 100% sure what's causing it.
