They are disabled, when you are already in the root directory. Aren't you?

Parent and Root Directories are grayed out in Remote tab

I had no issues with accessing various directories on WIN 7. My PC was upgraded to WIN 10, and I am not able to see or change to other directories. The Parent and Root directories are grayed out in Remote tab. What one can do in order to resolve this issue?
