I can sftp and scp. The reason I want to use WinSCP is because I use it on other Unix based servers. I am trying to find out what will let me use all the Putty suite of programs (putty, pscp, psftp) and will not let me connect with WinSCP. What happens is that sometimes I get a message saying that the key in cache is different than what is getting now and asks if I wnat to replace it. I say yes. Then it says starting session, but then it timesout. Most of the time it looks as if it is going to do it, but gets the timeout. It gets passed the message "authenticating". I assume that there is something that must be running for WinSCP to get on the server that is not. :(

Can't WINSCP, but can Putty

I work on a number of Solaris servers. I can Putty to them with no problem, but I can't WinSCP. When I attempt to use WinSCP, it goes through the key exchange and all that, but then it always timesout. Any ideas of what is not setup on these servers.
