Re: Bug Report: Drag and Drop fails to download in Explorer mode

Sorry I didn't see your reply earlier. It's unfortunate that this cannot be fixed, as I've seen a number of reported bugs that could be related to this problem. I would recommend that explorer mode simply not be used.

WinSCP cannot do this, as there's no way for it to know anything about target application of drag&drop operation (Explorer in your case). It is all on responsibility of target application. Explorer probably considers an operation to be canceled, when you change the folder. So there's no easy solution for your problem.

Bug Report: Drag and Drop fails to download in Explorer mode

When running WinSCP 2.3.0 (build 146) in explorer mode, I spotted a problem using drag and drop to download. If I close the drop target window or change the directory it's displaying after starting a download, WinSCP completes the download to the temp directory successfully, but fails to copy the file from the temp directory to its intended destination. Is WinSCP not grabbing the window's current directory at the start of the transfer to know where to move it after successful download?

P.S. Thanks for this great app!
