BUG: WinSCP shut-down resistant

Just a heads up that WinSCP is currently acting as a shut-down blocker, and has been for several versions now (well, at least on my computer). Basically, when WinSCP is up and running, and Win XP is asked to shut down, the shutdown process will stop at WinSCP. The only way to shut down XP is to manually close WinSCP, and then to reinitiate the shutdown process.
