Changing ownership and permissions via WinSCP

I normally do work via SSH if it comes to user rights and permissions, but I figured that this feature enabled in WinSCP would me save some time with a few clients. If I connect to a Linux box of a client, I would like to change ownership of the upload from "root" to "httpd", but the drop down list is greyed out. How is that enabled, what did I miss?

thanks,
