Timestamp in 4.16

I see that this has come up many times, but I'm not finding an answer that makes sense:

My remote ftp server (linux, proftp) seems to work fine. If I connect with putty, file timestamps are correct. The listing with winscp (v. 4.16) is always one hour later. I saw in an earlier post, for an earlier ver. of winscp, that there was an option regarding daylight savings, but I'm not finding that option in 4.16. What am I missing?
