I found many posts over the net concerning this 'non creating filepart' issue, maybe I am lazy, but I have had to find this by myself.
Ppl, notice, that original openssh and various distro versions have different paths to a sftp-server executable, so check 2 times your sshd_config if it is there right path to this binary (like /usr/libexec). I have been toying with my router distro but as lazy ppl do, I spent many hours growling at my terminal.
