Debug log sent - had to actually copy the one you sent me to the WinSCP folder (after first renaming the original) as I was using the "Send to" method.

Error after using "Send to WinSCP (for upload)"

Running v4.1.9 (but happening with v4.1.7 as well), when I send a file to my SSH server using the "Send to WinSCP (for upload)" context menu in Windows XP, after it has finished transferring the files I get the following error twice:
