Are you using Windows 2000? If you are this is known bug.

I don't want to complain here on your OpenCandy choice, but could you at least have the /nocandy option working as expected?

OpenCandy crashed WinSCP installation

Hi,

When trying to install latest WinSCP beta on a host accessing internet through user authenticated http proxy, the setup aborts with this kind of alert even if you gave the /nocandy parameter.

I don't want to complain here on your OpenCandy choice, but could you at least have the /nocandy option working as expected?
