Ignore summer time time changes in directory compare

Total Commander has an option to ignore one-hour changes of time due to daylight savings/summer time when comparing directories (under options: NTFS daylight savings correction: Ignore 1 hour time delay). It would be really useful were WinSCP to have this same facility.
