UTF-8 file path garbled in header

I tested this with version 4.2.4 (build 610), but I see same behavior in 4.1.* versions on Windows 7.

I opened a (local) directory named in Japanese. The Japanese part of the file path in the header (below the tool buttons and above the Explorer window) is garbled.

The file and directory names appear correctly inside the Explorer. Is WinSCP picking a non-Unicode font for the display of the directory path?
