That's long term plan.

fixed

Yes, changing the default language on Windows to Hebrew fixed the problem.

Don't you want to support UTF-8 file names on WinSCP?

can't see hebrew file names

I'm using WinSCP 4.2.5 on Windows XP. The problem is - I can't see Hebrew file names on my local disk (directory names). The directory names appear as question marks ("????? ????????" etc.). When trying to enter a directory with question marks (Hebrew name), I receive an error "Directory 'C:\?????? ?????? ?????? ???????' doesn't exist.".

I'm using the Commander GUI.

Thanks,
