Thanks for your post. This issue has been added to tracker.

However when I then click "Open in PuTTY", it will connect to the old host.

Do you have stored session in PuTTY with the same name as the one in WinSCP?

Stored Session / Open in PuTTY

When I edit a stored session, change for example the host setting and then click "Login", the session is called as the old one was, although I get logged in into the new host. However when I then click "Open in PuTTY", it will connect to the old host.

Is this the desired behaviour? Although it could be, to me it's a bit confusing.
