Annoying timeouts when I duplicate large files

Whenever I am connected via ssh and I duplicate a file or directory over a gig WinSCP gives the transfer about 15 seconds then asks me if I want to abort or cancel. I suggest adding an option to just keep waiting 30 secs or 60 secs.

Note: The file(s) are indeed the process of duplicating when this prompt appears and they always finish as expected if I do not click anything WinSCP related until they are done. If I click abort or cancel the files do not complete (obviously).

Thanks for all the great work. WinSCP is the best. A true gem!
