Right, write access is for developers only. Use support forum to submit your bug reports or feature requests.

I hope this is not a stoopid question: how does one log in to the bug tracker? It seems not to accept my forum login, and i didn't find a "register" link for it.

Or is the bug tracker login only for WinSCP developers?
