Cant Login For SSH help

Hey guys,

Im having some trouble with ssh with winscp, im using the username "root" and password "alpine" with an Iphone 3gs on firmware 3.1.3 but when i try log in it keeps saying Access Denied when i type it in correctly can someone please help me =/
