Folder on desktop that invokes a WinSCP copy?

I've searched the web and forums and can't find an answer to this. I'd like to have a folder on my Windows machine that, if I drag and drop a file(s) to it, it will cause a WinSCP copy action to automatically launch and copy the file(s) over to a predefined destination location. I don't want to have to run and make use of the WinSCP program interface itself. Does anyone know if that would be possible? With WinSCP or any other utility out there? Thanks! :)
