Cannot loggin

I am using WinSCP version 4.0.7 and Windows version 5.1. The error keep coming back as:---------------------------

Server unexpectedly closed network connection.
---------------------------
OK Reconnect
---------------------------
Before that it kept saying access denied when I tried to loggin. Please let me know what I need to do to get up and running with this. Thank you
