Bug: Modification time is out by one hour

When editing files locally the time displayed in WinSCP (Windows) is out by one hour.

~/test& uname -a
Linux mail 2.6.32-31-server #61-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 8 19:44:42 UTC 2011 x86_64 GNU/Linux
~/test$ rm test_file && touch test_file && date && ls -lh
Tue May 24 21:03:52 BST 2011
total 0
-rw-r--r-- 1 gary gary 0 2011-05-24 21:03 test_file

The modification time in the WinSCP GUI is displayed as 22:03.

Editing the file using the WinSCP integrated GUI causes the file modification time on the server to be 1 hour in the past.
