Server account locked

I use WinSCP to transfer files back and forth from my laptop to a server and somehow I managed to make my account lock up so I can only read and copy files from the remote location to my local laptop.
I can no longer edit, delete, transfer files to the remote location, or move files from folder to folder within the remote server.

I have emailed you the log file that I get when I try to delete a file. The error I get is as follows:
General failure (server should provide error description).
Error code: 4
Error message from server: Failure
Request code: 13

Please let me know if you would like me to send you any log files for any of the other errors I get.
