BUG: Out of date filedates are copied

When WinSCP is not up to date on the right pane, copying a file from the right pane to the left pane is actually copying the file, but registering it with the wrong time and date information (the out of date timestamp from the right pane).

I suggest to first check if the file is still there, and if there are changes, ask the user if it's ok to refresh the right pane. Then let him do the copy again. Could be an interesting option for the user, so he can set to always refresh before copy in the options pane.

Cheers.

Out of date filedates are copied

Yes, I noted this problem too (which makes me some difficulties for software depending of that info).
When remote pane is refreshed, everything is OK.

I suggest the following behavior:
1. WinSCP should copy correct date!
2. if you put some new configuration option, such 'Refresh when detect newer file' (which means if file is newer than last refreshing), than SCP should ask if should refresh (or refresh automatically).

P.S. This is my first post. Excellent program, best wishes!!!
