ability not to save password on password authentication

Just what it says... I'd like the ability to not save my password with the session, I prefer to have to type it in. I realize the password is encrypted in the registry, but I'd still like the option not to save it if possible.
thanks, very useful tool btw.

I second this!

It seems you can either save user+host+pass
or nothing at all. Something like what Tera Term Pro or HostExplorer allows, the saving
of host+user and prompting for pass would be
nice.

You can do it. Have you tried? Just store session without password and than double-click it. You'll be asked for password few seconds later (after connection with server is established). If it does not work for you, post a log file.

Yes, it does prompt the first time. but if you exit and
use that session again you are not prompted for the
password (it stires it).

OK, I see :-)
Thanks for letting me know. I'll fix it with next realease. Currently as a workaround, you may turn off "Remember last used directory" option on 'Directories' tab of Login dialog. I suppose that this causes the trouble.

I have a somewhat similar request. I like how WinSCP asks for a password if it is not stored in the session. I would like an option that prevents someone from storing a password when they are defining a session.
